Meiling (Meilin) is an anime
*only* character. Meaning she doesn't exist in the manga. She's a bit
bratty (made more so in the dub), and seems to really dislike Sakura.
Meiling is Syaoran's cousin, but she's also engaged to him. This is probably
why she dislikes Sakura, she doesn't want Syaoran to like anyone but
herself. All in all, I think she's my favourite character in the anime.
Meiling always tries her hardest, despite the fact she does not possess
magic.
